Our Aim

At Eureka Learning and Development, we aim to utilise opportunities for individuals and organisations by primarily using EU Erasmus funding to help develop growth. Organisations that engage with us can be involved in a number of developments and interactions.  Our activities aim to improve the professional skills of staff members, create transnational partnerships in order to co-ordinate with organisations from other countries and generate innovative outputs or exchange best practice. In addition, organisations may facilitate Erasmus learning mobility opportunities for staff including professionals, trainees and apprentices. Involvement with Eureka will enhance your professional relationships, increase capacity to operate at an international level, improve management methods and access international funding opportunities.  An increased ability to prepare, manage and follow-up projects as well as a more attractive portfolio of opportunities for learners and staff at participating organisations will also be available. Individuals that engage with us can access opportunities to improve their skills, enhance their employability prospects and gain cultural awareness.  This can include work experience both at home and abroad and the opportunity to take part in training and internships. Beneficiaries can spend a period of time in another EU participating country gaining valuable experience of life, study and work with the aim of increasing the opportunities available to them in the future.

Our Team

Our senior team has over thirty years of experience in skills development, learning and education.  They have been involved in the design and delivery of solutions that support the growth and perspective of both organisations and individuals.

Since 2002, we have successfully managed and supported many European and international projects funded by the European Commission’s Lifelong Learning Programme and more recently Erasmus+. We have also been at the forefront of managing many European and International Transfer of innovation projects and organising work placements, partnership development and the sharing of good practice.

In addition, we have supported educational curriculum development and training solutions for a wide variety of clients.
